I got out of the hospital 2 years ago on April 11th. The first year it seemed like I got sick every time I went anywhere, specially a Doc office, whether I wore a mask or not. Then it tapered off to about every two months, then three and now I haven't been sick at all since last September. That's eight months...

I still cough a lot due having a bad case of COPD, but I'll probably still be doing that a year after I'm dead. That's what I get for smoking three packs of cigarettes a day for 40 years. I cough when I eat, when I drink coffee, and even more when I have a Mocha Frappe. But at least I ain't laid up in the bed, unable to function! (y)

Eight months without getting sick now. Yea! Before I got Covid I was almost never sick. I even seemed to avoid it when the kids were in public schools. That sure beats playing shows sick as a dog, all winter long like it was back in my former life as a Working Hippie Guitar Player. But even though I miss parts of that, specifically playing, I don't miss being sick all the time. One person would get sick and we would pass it around like a football for months.
