When you get a hot summer's day do you use sunscreen?

I don't use any at all I try my best and stay out of the sun as I am not a big fan of the heat.

I agree on both, and I've survived two blazing hot summers here, with many days over 100°F / 37.77°C. That was one of the first things I asked my new Doc. "Are you ok with phone appointments only during the heat of the summer? Unless there's something urgently in need of attention, of course." He's fine with that, so we're good...

But there are many times here that I seriously miss those wonderful 60°F / 15.55°C days in Eureka...
