That is true. In the U.S. they were immune from civil lawsuit due the the immunity law passed in the 1980s and the reclassification of a "medical device" which wouldn't be immune to a "vaccine" which was covered by the immunity. Other nations are not as litigious, so they weren't sued there either. Of course most of the UK is under the NHS and you b\generally cannot sue the government in those situations.
