In the rickety old Victorian house we lived in that the ultra cheep landlord wouldn't fix anything (or if he did, he did a halfway job of it) when we lived in Eureka, I got a bucket, drilled a hole in the floor and the bottom of the bucket and the dripping water dripped on the ground under the house. When we moved out the landlord saw it and asked me what it was. I told him "That's your idea of how to fix a drippy drain." He just stood there with that Steve Urkle look on his face wondering "Did I do that?" :unsure:
