Recent attacks on "Russian" oil tankers may open Europe to attack

It is alleged that Ukraine is attacking Russian oil tankers using Western technology and intelligence trying to starve the Russian economy to avoid having to surrender according to the U.S. peace/surrender plan for the war. Russia is threatening to attack European targets in response. We'll see. Refineries, port facilities, and electrical grids are also on the table for attack.
