"United States Attorney General Pam Bondi said Tuesday in a post on X that the Department of Justice is "reviewing" Joe Biden's use of the autopen for pardons after House Republicans unveiled their long-promised report on the former president's actions."

"Bondi posted on X, "My team is reviewing the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons. Thank you to @RepJamesComer for his GREAT work on this. We look forward to working alongside @GOPoversight to deliver accountability for the American people."

Who Did Joe Biden Pardon?

"According to the Department of Justice website, Biden pardoned 75 individuals across his term, including just over a dozen on his last full day in office. Names on the list include his brother, James Biden, and his son Hunter Biden."

Former U.S. President Joe Biden

Why It Matters

"The Trump administration's move to investigate former President Biden's actions comes after Trump has long complained that the DOJ had been "weaponized" against him. The current president and Bondi have argued that they are looking to target individuals from the previous administration who had broken the law."

So is she also going to review Trump's 1,500 pardons of the January 6th Insurrectionists? Oh, yeah... Of course she won't be...
I an sure she could do so if she hasn't already. Trump was witnessed actually signing them and many were done in a public forum. No autopen involved and the President was aware of what he was signing, apparently unlike Joe who wasn't aware of what was being done in his name according to the report.

Uh huh, and the Flying Monkeys in The Wizard of Oz are real, too? Yeah, Right. :ROFLMAO:

An Attorney General certainly could do that. Would Pam Bondi do it? I seriously doubt it. She does whatever Trump tells her to do, and I am so sure he told her to investigate him. And just because he scribbled his name in one of his "Official Document" books doesn't mean anything. Nobody ever gets to read those documents. So that proves nothing.

I'm getting tired of these big mouth women gaining so much power, [ I do like Pam Bonde though, , she doesn't talk too loud like the women who have taken over the major news stations].
Ever since women's rights came out the nation has fallen more and more.
First rolling around in the mud at concerts then shaking up instead of marriage, rocking the board rooms instead of the cradle, I hope those Virginia Slims was worth the price.

Biden allegedly pardoned a person who was convicted and sentenced for killing an eight-year-old child. Nobody seems to know why, who requested and vetted that pardon, or who actually used the autopen to sign the document. In my mind, murderers "trump" fraudsters, and all Trump's pardons are signed in person with witnesses. Fraud can be staged or constructed as we have seen on both sides of the aisle, Trump has now voided all executive orders signed by autopen. Unfortunately, he can't bring back the troops lost in the botched Afghanistan retreat.
