My son just gave me his Oura Ring today, because he got a new one. This one is the Series 3, and the new Series 4 is out now; plus he said this one is a little smaller than he wanted it to fit comfortably.
The Oura Ring is a fitness tracker ring.
It monitors heart rate, body temperature, oxygen sensor, and sleep tracking. Maybe more, I am still reading what all it does. It is waterproof, so I can wear it when I am swimming, but I probably won’t do that, since the Apple Watch tracks that for me.
The ring will be easier than wearing the Apple Watch to bed at night, so I will probably put the watch on the charger at night now. It also syncs with my Apple Health app, so findings from the ring will show up in my apple health.
