More fraud found

Now there has been allegedly found over a billion dollars in fraud in the student loan program. A lot of student loans were made to "students" who are apparently dead. It is said that retrieving the money that has already been paid will be impossible, but future payments on those accounts will stop. Apparently no background checks or ID checks were done when student loan applications were made and the money was simply sent out of the country by dead people, so there is nobody to prosecute unless it actually went to educational institutions, but apparently much of it was spent on plane tickets and such, perhaps to bring illegals into the country.
