What kind of free domain names do you use and why?
I used to use http://www..tk because it looks professional, this was back in my younger days possible 15 years ago.

I use Name cheap i dont go for any domain besides .com for the Domain Authority reason

Domain authority is built overtime with backlinks and quality content. It’s not due to the domain extension.

It’s how a lot of sites dominate the search engines and rank well. They’re deemed to be an authoritative website by the search engines.

Yes but getting a .com is better than .xyz or .info etc

There are no free names anymore seemingly, but you can register plenty between 50 cents and 2 USD I think.

The only free domains you could get was with freenom you could get tk, ml cf etc domains but the company shut down a long time ago. I used these domains for test sites.

I used .tk and .ml at one point. I suppose you can still get them for pay somewhere. I know it's not Namecheap.
