Scary stuff. I knew their excess weight is a problem for road wear, especially in monster tucks. But accidents? They can be a juggernaut. The "skateboard" design only makes the problem worse because existing guardrails are not designed for this.

Some wild footage here. Pedestrians? See ya!

 
In Pennsylvania we refer to them as guide rails, as they are not designed to guard you.
