What time do you normally go to bed?

I aim for around 10 PM, then when my body clock gets tired.

I have to go around 8 or 9 pm cause I wake really early to go to work.

I usually go to bed around 2am or 3am, but sometimes I’ll go to bed earlier.

I never use an alarm clock. I train my body to wake up, and for along time, it was 2nd shift.

I like milk ice coffee.

I was at the YMCA drinking that hot coffee there and that's what was keeping me up.

It depends for me as to when I head to bed. Usually, my normal time is around 12 am - 1 am but if I am feeling tired it can be a lot sooner than that.

I have a lot of memories of staying up late playing video games and then sleeping in, not something I can do anymore which is a shame.
