Do you wear glasses, Tony? If you do, have you ever noticed that that where the "arms" of the glasses are beside your forehead, you develop a groove. Mine feels like my skull changed since I started wearing glasses.
The same thing has happened to that poor woman. It made it obvious that she either wears a retainer, or a c-pap mask to bed. Eight or more hours a night has the same effect as eight or more hours a day. And not to be indelicate to the lady's plight, but the more weight you gain, the more pronounced that groove will be.
