    My stomach pain isn't constant either. Yesterday (Wednesday the 5th), I didn't have to take anything until 3PM. At that time I took a Tylenol 8hr 650mg and, after it finally kicked in, I had no more pain. Neither of us had diarrhea yesterday at all. For us, that was a very, very good thing!
