    I have the flu, it's given me a really banging headache and a sore throat, dry nose but this is the first day I have had the flu it normally lasts for 5-7 days with me and then a horrible tickly cough for 2 weeks. What do you recommend to help with the flu?

    Sleeping with a fan on

    Do you sleep with a fan on in the hot summer months? I try to not put the fan on and keep the windows open to let the cool air in at the night time, I can't sleep with noise in my bedroom. Maybe there's a fan with no noise? Who knows. :D

    Do you go the dentist often? Are you scared of the dentist? The last time I went the dentist was 6 years ago.. I cannot sign up to a dentist in England, UK because since covid they've been very busy.
