    It's been over 2 months now since I got injured doing something to " improve" my lower muscle strength. I am still healing from it. I was doing great walking, working, till I did those squats to ' improve my muscle. We have to be careful who we listen to far as taking care of ourselves...

    So was mine, she bought True Detective, and others about crime. Jake and I just watched a crime story today on Face Book.
