    No, I haven't been out for for drinks since that post. I basically quit drinking.

    I went to bed at 7am last night and woke up at 2pm.

    No, I don't like sunscreen. I'm out in the sun a lot though. Especially as I walk 3-4 miles a day generally, and then go to the gym. I love the summer.

    How do you look after your skin?

    I use lotion on my skin, and I don't wear any makeup. I also wear hats sometimes when I'm out in the sun.

    Almost never. I also have a high blood pressure, but it's been since controlled over the past few months. It used to be quite elevated, but I started a new exercise routine back in January and dropped about 60 pounds. I also take a daily blood pressure medication, along with a high cholesterol...

    I paid for a small ad campaign a few months back on Facebook. I've also received some links on a couple of online games in their news pages, in which have brought in a lot of users. I also promote forum topics on Tumblr and twitter from time to time. I have a facebook page as well that I update...

    I would be patient a bit, it takes time for a forum to grow via the search engines. Sometimes a year, if not longer. However, building backlinks onto a forum can help it grow a bit faster. Especially if you build backlinks on other websites. Such as, social media; tumblr, reddit, facebook...
