    Thats true maybe that's a good thing, since most are very impatient and drive too fast. Imagine if they had to change a gear, as if they aren't already in a rage if you drive speed limit in front of them.

    I'm not clicking on links so I found one with more info and video of the killing, resistor had a gun, 9mm and seemed to be using it or attempting to use when he was shot.
