I have used several avatars over the years and they’re generally a reflection of who I am.
A couple of examples might be:
I’m a patriot so sometimes I will use a bald eagle, a symbol of my country.
Sometimes a lighthouse which is a symbol that is indicative of my faith.
This time, I am using a selfie I took whilst doing drop weight cool downs at the curling machine.
I’m not that much of a narcissist but I am health conscious and when I look around me, I do see a lot of seniors pretty crippled up because they won’t exercise.
Yeah, I know that bodybuilding is a little more than exercise but as it is with coffee, better a little more than a lot less.
The fact is, I feel very comfortable in my own skin and a good workout is mentally and physically reassuring.
So…why did you pick yours?
