Yvonne oar's are Red Mill extra thick whole grains. I'm going to try and put all sairy products out of my diet. This is day 3 without ice cream and I really miss it. From what I hear we have military bases there, so I don't see us allowing Russia or China putting in bases. What I don't understand is all the talk about ' security' when we have China buying up our farmlands close our military bases all over the nation. That's why we have bases on Greenland, to protect our homeland from the northern forces.
